This Powerful Drink Will Lower Your Blood Pressure Instantly

Do you know that the hibiscus flower also known as Zobo is not only revered for its beauty but for its healing powers as well? Some of its species have been used in traditional medicine, aside from providing beverage teas.

A study conducted by the Tufts University in Boston, revealed that drinking three cups of herbal tea containing hibiscus daily, can help lower blood pressure.
The researchers have confirmed that the deep red flowers of hisbicus, gently lower blood pressure, due to their diuretic properties (which helps the body get rid of excess water) and their anthocyanins, helps block angiotensin-converting enzyme or ACE, the compound which causes blood vessels to constrict.
